Check-in / Check-out
On the day of your arrival, you can access your room from 2:00 PM. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the room by 10:00 AM.
Cancellation Policy
Unforeseen changes to your travel plans can be inconvenient for both you and us. We ask you to notify us of any changes as early as possible.
- Up to 30 days before arrival: Only the deposit paid for confirmation will be withheld.
Payment Options
We accept cash payments up to a maximum of €4,999.99 (as per Italian law), as well as bank transfers, Eurocheque cards (D), Visa, or MasterCard.
Pets
Well-behaved dogs are welcome in our hotel upon request. Pets are not allowed in the dining room and there is an additional charge of €6.00 per day.

Free parking is available at the hotel.
Guest Pass Antholzertal
With this advantage card, you and your travel companions can use public transport in Antholzertal and all of South Tyrol for free and also get free entry to over 80 museums.
